Professional access, used responsibly.
These conditions apply to approved access to the private Niepce BV parts catalogue and quotation workspace.
1. Personal access
Catalogue access is granted to a verified individual for professional use within the approved company. Login details are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared with colleagues, third parties or external systems.
2. Verification and account status
Niepce BV may verify company, contact and project information before approval. Access may be refused, suspended or revoked when information is inaccurate, an account is misused, security is at risk or the professional relationship has ended.
3. Permitted use
Catalogue information may be used to identify components and prepare a project-specific quotation request. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, systematic copying, republishing, resale of catalogue data or sharing protected documents outside the approved project is prohibited.
4. Product information
Product images, descriptions, specifications and sheets are provided for identification and quotation preparation. Compatibility and suitability remain project-specific and must be confirmed in the formal quotation or technical correspondence. English product sheets remain the controlling technical reference unless stated otherwise.
5. Project selection and quotation
A Project selection is not an order, price agreement or stock confirmation. Submitting it creates a request for manual review. A transaction exists only after Niepce BV issues a formal quotation and that quotation is accepted under its stated conditions.
6. Security
Users must choose a unique password, protect the verification code and report suspected unauthorised access immediately. Niepce BV may invalidate sessions or require a password reset when security requires it.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Website and catalogue content remains owned by Niepce BV or the relevant rights holder. Approval does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce the catalogue. Confidential project and supplier information must be handled accordingly.
8. Changes
Niepce BV may update catalogue content, access conditions and these terms. Material changes affecting active accounts will be communicated or presented for renewed acceptance where appropriate.
